BookFest!

About us

Fairview Library is run by a number of dedicated, wonderful people!

I am Ms. Neufeld, the teacher/librarian. I am in the library all day Monday and Wednesday afternoons. I have been teaching for 27 years (gulp!), but this is my third year as a Librarian. I have a love for all things 'literacy' and I am looking forward to working with teachers to use the library to generate a love of books and reading at Fairview.

Wendy Critten has been a long-time library volunteer! (29+ years!) She works very hard adding and deleting, repairing, shelving and organizing our library collection. She also organizes the Scholastic Book Fair, reads the bookfest books and pulls themes and materials for teachers!

We also have several other parent helpers who are invaluable for keeping our library organized and user friendly!
